With 11 years as CEO across private equity-backed, ESOP, and family-owned businesses ($50M–$100M), and board experience with companies up to ~$250M, he has accelerated growth through GTM expansion, RevOps discipline, M&A integration, and leadership alignment while building high-performing, accountable cultures. His experience spans IT managed services, industrial automation, manufacturing, and supply chain.
Chris brings an operator-led, people-first leadership approach—aligning leadership teams around clear priorities while introducing the structure, accountability, and operating rhythm required to drive sustainable growth, expand margins, and increase enterprise value, combining strategic clarity, leadership alignment, and technology-enabled execution.
