In recent years, Mimi has carved out a niche in facilitating organization interventions with leadership teams who are experiencing intense conflict and disagreement. Her intuition coupled with strong problem solving and people skills uniquely qualify her to help business leaders sift through the issues, regain focus, and overcome obstacles to organizational success.

 

Prior to launching a consulting practice in 1991, Mimi started and directed the Corporate I.S. Education function at Honeywell, Inc., in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Her organization provided service to Honeywell I.S. Directors worldwide and over 3,000 employees. She has also held management positions in the Healthcare, Human Service and Education fields, and more recently, has been an adjunct Senior Consultant with three premier international consulting firms. 

 

Mimi has served on numerous local non-profit and community-based boards of directors and advisory boards, including The Well Within, Merrick Community Services, Search Institute, and Faithful Shepherd School. She has a Masters Degree from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, and a Bachelors Degree from the College of St. Benedict in St. Joseph, Minnesota.
