Tom has been facilitating Allied Executives Peer Groups since 2008. Aside from directing Allied Executives peer groups and coaching Allied Execuctives members, Tom is a partner with Virtus Law. He has practiced law with privately-held businesses and real estate investors for roughly twenty years. Fafinski, a business owner and real estate investor himself, works with the practice leaders in developing strategies geared to generating a return on the client's investment.

Fafinski is a frequent author and speaker on topics ranging from asset protection and tax efficiency to sound litigaton strategies. For more than a decade, Fafinski has embraced technology to reduce the cost of overall fees for his clients. Fafinski was formerly the founding shareholder of BenePartum Law Group and, ten years prior to that, Fafinski & Wallrich, PA. He graduated from the College of St. Thomas, cum laude, and William Mitchell College of Law, again with honors [ranking 13th in his class]. He is married, with three children, lives in the country and is a die-hard Bruce Springsteen fan.
