You will be introduced to the 8-Pillar Framework, Trust Edge’s proven model for building and sustaining trust at both the individual and organizational level. The framework helps leaders see where trust is built, how it’s lost, and what to do to strengthen it intentionally over time.

Beyond theory, this session is highly practical. You will experience several of Trust Edge’s most effective Trust Tools—simple, repeatable tools used by leaders and organizations to drive clarity, alignment, and confidence.

Key tools include:

MRA (Message–Response–Action) 
A tool for creating clear, credible messaging that reduces confusion, speeds decision-making, and builds confidence with employees, clients, and stakeholders.

Clarity Plans (How, How, How Tool) 
A practical framework that helps leaders translate goals and strategies into clear expectations by answering the most common trust-eroding questions: 
How will this work? How will we measure it? How will we follow through?

The session also addresses one of the most common leadership challenges: how to rebuild trust once it has been damaged. 

You will learn:

- Why trust breaks down
- What not to do when trust is low
- Specific actions leaders can take to repair credibility, restore confidence, and rebuild momentum

You’ll leave with a shared language around trust, a clear understanding of what truly drives it, and practical tools you can use immediately to strengthen leadership effectiveness and business results.

The Trust Shield Workshop is a highly interactive, personal, and powerful experience that focuses on one of the most overlooked drivers of trust: authentic connection.

In this session, you examine key moments, values, influences, and experiences that have shaped who you are as leaders and people. Through guided reflection, you identify what matters most and how those elements show up (or sometimes don’t show up) in your leadership.

You learn how to build connections through story, using those insights to communicate with greater authenticity, clarity, and credibility. Rather than sharing facts or titles, leaders learn how to share meaning, the foundation of trust.
